Steadfast 8 is a Quarter Horse ranch near Tyler, TX, built around two things: reproductive services and horse training. We're not a large operation trying to do everything. We're a focused team that takes pride in doing a small number of things at a high level.

Melissa brings three years of equine vet clinic experience to our reproductive program — hands-on work with AI, fertility evaluation, mare and foal care, and embryo handling. Ty manages day-to-day training and ranch operations with a groundwork-first methodology. Jeremy handles the business side and keeps everything running. Emma is focused on training and marketing.

Our broodmare band is built on proven Quarter Horse bloodlines: Gray’s Starlight, Peppy San Badger, Freckles Playboy, Doc Bar, and more — with a focus on cutting, reined cow horse, roping, and ranch riding. We're selective about the horses we work with and the clients we take on.
